Tuh Reality Private Limited has its office at MIG-104 in the Housing Board colony at Charbatiachoudwar. It’s a normal residential spot, so it doesn't feel like a big corporate office at all. We handle reality and property stuff in and around Choudwar. It’s a growing area with a lot of potential, so we stay pretty busy. Most of our day is spent either at the desk doing paperwork or out on the road checking on different plots of land. The office is just a regular room where we keep our files organized. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big sales team. It’s just us doing the work. People from the neighborhood often stop by to ask about land prices or what’s being built nearby. We give them the facts as we know them. We aren't interested in using a bunch of marketing talk. We just want to help people find the right property. Sometimes it’s a lot of work dealing with all the documents and legal things, but we’ve gotten good at it over time. The heat in this part of Orissa can be tough, but we just get on with it. Seeing a new project start from nothing is the best part of the job. We don't make it sound more exciting than it is. It’s just real estate work in a local community. That’s what we do every day.
