Sursti Habitats Private Limited

Sursti Habitats Private Limited is based out in Mendhasal, in the Chandaka area. It’s a bit further out than some of the other places, which we actually like. It’s a little quieter here, though Chandaka is definitely seeing more activity these days. We focus on habitats, which is just a fancy way of saying we care about where people live and how those spaces are set up. We started this because we saw a need for someone to just do the work without a lot of fuss. Our office in Mendhasal isn’t anything special to look at, but it’s functional and it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time talking to locals and figuring out how things fit together in this part of the region. Being near Chandaka gives us a different perspective than if we were right in the middle of a big city center. We aren't interested in being the biggest company around. We just want to make sure the things we work on are solid and make sense for the area. Sometimes we get stuck with bad weather or logistical issues, but we just work through them. There are no shortcuts in what we do. It takes time and it takes a bit of effort. We’re just local people trying to do something useful with the land and the buildings we handle. It’s a basic approach, but it works for us.
