It’s a practical location for the kind of infra work we do. We aren't a big, polished firm with people in suits. We usually wear work clothes because we are actually out there on the ground most of the day. Cuttack can be a tough place to work because of the humidity, but we’ve lived here all our lives, so we don't complain much. Our office is a place to keep our tools and our records. We don't spend much time there unless we have to. We don't have a PR person or anyone to tell us how to act like a big company. We just do the work. If we say we’ll show up at a certain time, we try our best to be there. Sometimes traffic in Cuttack makes us late, but we get there. It’s a straightforward business. We do construction and infra projects for people who need them. Most of our workers are from the nearby villages. We know each other's families. It makes the work day go by faster when you're working with people you actually know and trust. We just keep our heads down and work because that is what we know. It's a hard life but rewarding.
