Our setup is located at HIG-C/12 in the Housing Board Colony over in Bermunda. It’s under the care of Sankarsan Jena, and Diptimaya Tripathy runs the show for Shilavanti Engineering & Real State Developers Pvt. Ltd. from this spot. Bhubaneswar is growing fast, and being in the Housing Board Colony puts us right in the middle of it. We deal with engineering and real estate, which usually means a lot of maps and legal papers spread out across the table. It’s a practical office, not one of those fancy glass buildings you see downtown. We like it this way because it’s comfortable and people feel okay just walking in. The 753001 area is a good place to be based. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to contractors and checking on how the development is going. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out, like everyone else in the colony. We don't have a huge marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around by mouth. We’ve been working on these projects for a while now, and we’ve learned that being straightforward is the only way to stay in business. If you’re looking for the office, just look for the Housing Board signs and we’re right there in the C block. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know how to do.
