Our office is based at Mehendipeer, specifically in the Er.Sk.Md.Atahar Manzil building near Chandinichowk in Cuttack. It’s an old part of town with a lot of history and very narrow streets, so getting here can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes. We’ve been doing engineering work from this location for quite a while now. The building has a lot of character, and we’ve taken up enough space to fit all our equipment and the team. It’s not like those glass offices you see in big cities, but it’s ours and it works for what we need to do. People in the neighborhood know us as the place where there's always someone working late on some plans. We deal with various engineering projects, mostly focusing on the technical details that keep everything moving forward. Cuttack is a busy place, especially around Chandinichowk, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. Inside, though, it’s mostly just the sound of people talking about projects and the hum of the computers. We don’t really spend money on fancy decorations or big signs. We just keep our heads down and get the job done. It’s a local business through and through, even if the name says international. We’re proud to be part of the community here in Orissa, and we’ve grown to like the rhythm of this specific neighborhood over the years. We don't need a lot of space, just enough for the team to spread out their blueprints and get to work.
