Our place is at Plot No 688/2870 in Nizagarha, Badamba. Cuttack is a city with a lot of history, and we are glad to be working in this part of it. We focus on infrastructure enterprises. It involves a lot of manual coordination and practical work. The office is usually a bit cluttered with tools or pieces of equipment sitting in the corners. We do not really worry about how the place looks to outsiders. What matters to us is that the job gets done. We have a small crew and most of us have lived around Cuttack for our whole lives. We understand how things work in this area. Some days the sun is incredibly hot and we have to slow down a bit, but we always get back to it. We do not use any fancy corporate jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what we are doing in plain English. There is a lot of back-and-forth with people who sell us materials. Sometimes stuff does not show up on time and we have to figure out a backup plan. That is just how this business goes. The office is where we gather at the end of the day to plan for tomorrow. We might share some snacks and talk about what went well. It is not a big headquarters, just a place where work happens every day.
