Sattvasara Nirman Private Limited

You can find us on the second floor of building 31/A on Cantonment Road. We’ve been in this part of Cuttack for a while now. Sattvasara Nirman Private Limited is mostly about building and construction. The office is a bit old, but it works for what we need. It's a busy area, so there’s always noise from the street coming up through the windows. We handle a lot of the paperwork here and then spend the rest of the time out at the various sites. Cuttack is an old city, so sometimes the projects can be tricky with the narrow roads and old pipes. We’ve had to learn how to deal with those local quirks over the years. We aren’t big on fancy titles or corporate stuff. Most of us just wear jeans and boots to work. We have a small crew that has been with us for a long time. We know each other's families and how we work. It makes things easier when a project gets difficult. The 753001 area is right in the heart of things. We get our supplies from local vendors whenever possible. It's just easier that way. Sometimes we have to wait a week for a certain part, which is annoying, but we manage. We just keep plugging away at the work.
