Sai Shree Promotors Private Limited is located over at Plot No-132/C in Sector-9 CDA. This part of Cuttack near P.S-Markatnagar is usually quite busy with people moving around. Our office is a simple place where we handle land and building projects. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front. Inside, there are just a few desks and some old chairs for visitors. Most of our day is spent looking at maps or talking to people about where they want to build. It’s a lot of paperwork and back-and-forth stuff. Sometimes we are out on the field for hours getting our boots dirty. The staff here consists of local folks who understand how the neighborhood works. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the local news while we work. It isn’t a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy enough. The traffic near the police station can be a bit much in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up before it gets too late. People stop by all the time just to ask questions or see what’s new in the sector. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. There are no scripted speeches here. We just talk to people like neighbors. Most of the time, the fan is humming and there’s a stack of documents waiting for a signature. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us.
