Rsrm Foods Private Limited. You can find us on the ground floor of House No 27/A on Kali Bari Road. We are in Ward No 17, which is a lively area with people always walking by. Being on the ground floor is great because we don't have to carry stuff up the stairs. The house is an old style one, and we’ve converted the lower part into our workspace. It’s got that old building smell, but it’s sturdy. We handle food products, so there’s always something being weighed or bagged. The neighbors sometimes pop their heads in to see what we’re up to. It’s a very local vibe. We don't have a polished showroom. It’s just tables, scales, and boxes. Sometimes the street gets flooded during the monsoons and we have to move everything onto pallets to keep it dry. That’s just part of living here. We’ve got a small crew of people from the nearby blocks who help us out. We don’t use fancy software for everything; a lot of our notes are still in paper ledgers. It works for us and we know where everything is. We spend our afternoons talking to the delivery rickshaws and making sure the orders go to the right shops. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s our little food business and we just keep at it day after day.
