Jalsa The Lounge Bar

We are tucked inside the Grand Residency Hotel right on Link Road here in Cuttack. Jalsa The Lounge Bar has been part of this hotel setup for a while now. If you are familiar with the 753012 area, you probably know where Link Road is. It’s a busy part of town but once you step into the lounge, things slow down a bit. We don't have a giant team or anything, just a few of us who work the shifts and keep things moving. Most evenings, we get people finishing up work who just want to sit for an hour or two. We have the usual selection of drinks you’d expect. It isn't a flashy place with neon lights everywhere, just a simple spot with comfortable chairs. Sometimes the music is a bit louder on Friday nights, but usually, it is just background noise for people talking. We keep the snacks coming from the kitchen. The address is easy to find because we are right there in the hotel complex. We see a lot of the same faces every week, which is nice. It feels more like a local hangout than a big tourist place. We just try to keep the glasses clean and the service steady. It is a straightforward business, really. No big philosophy behind it, we just open the doors and get to work every day. You can find us right by the main road entrance. Usually, people come in when the sun goes down.
