You can find us at Sector-11 in the CDA area. Our office is on the first floor at Plot No 11-3D/1326. River Front Developers Private Limited is what we call ourselves. We do development work, which mostly involves looking at land and figuring out how to put buildings on it. Cuttack is a busy place and the CDA area is always changing. We try to be a part of that change. It is a tough business because there are so many rules and regulations to follow. We spend a lot of time at the desk looking at blueprints or waiting for approvals. It is not all exciting, but it is necessary. Our team is pretty small. We don't have a big front desk or a coffee machine that does everything. We just have our desks and our files. Sometimes we go out to the sites to see how the ground looks. The heat can be brutal during the summer months here, but the work doesn't stop. We are just regular people who decided to start a development firm. We don't promise anything crazy. We just want to build things that stay standing and serve a purpose. It is a lot of responsibility when you think about it. People live and work in the spaces we help create. We take that seriously, even if we are just a small office in Sector-11. We are here every day getting things done.
