Pallab Real-Con Private Limited

Our spot for Pallab Real-Con is tucked away in Ultra Lane, over in Jagatpur. It’s Plot No-2234/2320 if you are looking at the maps, though most people just look for the New Tarola landmark. Cuttack is a crowded place, and Jagatpur is even more so with all the trucks and workshops around. We’ve been operating out of this small office for a bit now. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here. The road gets a bit muddy when it rains, which happens quite a bit in this part of Orissa. We spend most of our mornings just organizing the crew and making sure the supplies are moving to where they need to be. There isn't any fancy lobby or receptionist here. Just a couple of desks and some old chairs where we sit and talk through the daily tasks. Building things in Cuttack takes patience because the lanes are narrow and getting materials through is a real chore. We don't really do the big corporate talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. It’s a lot of physical work and managing different personalities on the job site. Some days everything goes right, and other days we’re just fighting with the equipment. We just keep at it because that’s the job we chose. It feels good to see a project finished, even if it took a lot of sweat to get there.
