Padmanavan Constructions Private Limited

Our office is located at Plot No 956 in Mahanadi Vihar, which is over by the Nayabazar area in Cuttack. We have been working in the construction business for a good while now. Being near the river has its own set of challenges with the ground and the humidity, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We are a small team at Padmanavan, and we mostly focus on local building projects around the city. We do not really do the big corporate style of working. Instead, we prefer to keep things on a more personal level with the people we work for. If someone has a problem or a question about a wall or a floor, they just come to the plot and talk to us. Mahanadi Vihar is a decent place to be based, as it gives us easy access to different parts of Cuttack and even out towards the highway. We handle the usual stuff like masonry, concrete, and basic structural work. It is a lot of physical labor and managing the guys on the site every day. We do not have a marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the Nayabazar neighborhood. We just try to do a solid job so that the next person hears about us. It is a simple way of doing things, but it works for us.
