This business is run by Promod Kumar Jena and the rest of us here in Ashok Nagar. If you are in Athgarh, you know it is a place where everybody knows each other. Jlaxmi And Pramod Engineeringconstruction And Services Privatelimited is a long name, we know that, but it covers what we do. We handle engineering and construction work, plus whatever services come up in between. It is a local setup. We don't have a giant marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it is just us figuring out the next project and making sure the supplies arrive on time. Some days are harder than others, especially when the weather doesn't play nice or when parts are hard to find. We just take it day by day. Being in Ashok Nagar means we are close to the community. We started this because there was a need for reliable building work around here. It is not always pretty. There is a lot of dust and noise involved in what we do. But at the end of the day, things get built. We keep our tools ready and our trucks moving. Our office is just a practical space to keep our records and meet people. We have been doing this for a while now and we have learned a lot along the way. Engineering is tricky, but we manage. We are just local folks doing our jobs in Athgarh. Nothing more, nothing less than that.
