Fire Bottle Event & Catering Services is located at Ananda Kutir on Plot No 829. We are tucked into Akhandalamani Lane in the Tulsipur area of Cuttack. Being near Shifa Hospital makes us easy to find, though the lane itself can get pretty narrow and crowded with bikes and delivery vans at certain times of the day. The kitchen is the real heart of our place, and it’s almost always hot and smelling like ginger, garlic, or whatever we’re cooking up for an event. We have huge pots and stacks of plates that seem to take over every available inch of space. It’s a noisy environment with the clatter of pans and the staff shouting to be heard over the burners. We’ve been in Tulsipur long enough to know all the shortcuts and the best times to move our trucks through the local traffic. It’s hard work, standing on your feet for hours and making sure the salt is just right. We don’t have a fancy reception area; people usually just walk back to the kitchen or the small office nook to find us. Sometimes we sit out on the steps in the evening when things finally quiet down for the night. It’s a family-type atmosphere here, where everyone chips in regardless of what their actual job title is. We just focus on the food and making sure the plates are full, keeping things simple and local for the neighborhood.
