Our base is over at T-258 in Baljeet Nagar. Being in New Delhi, specifically the 110008 zip code, means things are always moving fast. We’re part of the media group that handles various news and publications. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a building in a busy neighborhood. Inside, it's usually a bit of a mess with papers and people talking. That's just how the news business goes. We’ve been in Baljeet Nagar for quite some time now. The streets can be narrow and crowded, but it’s got a lot of character. We don't use any fancy management styles here. We just get the stories out and manage the daily operations. It’s a lot of hard work and late nights sometimes. Most of us have worked together for years. We aren't trying to be some polished corporate giant. We’re just local people doing a job. The printers are usually humming in the background. It gets pretty loud when deadlines are approaching. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake. Finding a parking spot near T-258 is always a challenge, but we make do. It’s a very grounded workplace. We don’t have time for corporate jargon. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay accurate. It’s a bit chaotic but we wouldn't have it any other way. We focus on the paper and the people reading it every day. It's a lot of work but we keep at it.
