We're located out in Phampuni, near Jeypore. Our office is actually at Santosh Kumar Pradhan's place on Plot No. 536/2416. It's a bit of a drive to get out here, but we like the space. Bhagbat Industrial Solutions is basically a group of us who know the industrial side of things. Koraput is a different kind of place to work, especially with the hills and the weather. We aren't a big fancy firm from the city. We’re local people who understand what the industry needs around here. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just keep working. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and we're there. We deal with practical problems every day. It's mostly about getting the equipment right and making sure things run. We’ve been in Orissa our whole lives. This part of Khordha-764002 is home. We don't talk in corporate jargon because we don't really know it. We just talk like regular people. If there's a job to do, we do it. It’s pretty simple really. We take pride in just being reliable. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to get the work finished so we can go home to our families. Some days the dust gets everywhere, but that is part of the job. We just sweep it out and start again the next morning.
