Our office is over on Tilak Nagar Road in the Balaji Nagar area. It’s a pretty busy part of town and we have been set up here for a while. We handle a lot of project work and stuff involving infrastructure, which basically means we are often out on sites or dealing with a lot of paperwork and plans in the back room. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get our heads down and deal with the day's tasks. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's quiet enough to actually get through the filing. We have a small crew and most of us have known each other for years. It's not a corporate vibe at all. We just talk about what needs doing over tea and then get to it. Dealing with roads and building stuff takes a lot of coordination. There’s always someone coming in with a map or a technical drawing that needs looking at. We try to keep things organized but sometimes things get messy when we have three different projects going at once. We’re just local people trying to keep things moving. If you walk past Balaji Nagar you’ll probably see our sign. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or big desks. We’d rather just make sure the jobs are handled right. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the trucks and materials are in the right spot at the right time.
