D L T Agencies is tucked away on Y V Street in Ganagapeta. Our address is 3-22-41, right in the middle of a row of other small businesses. It’s the kind of street where you have to watch your step because there’s always someone unloading a scooter or a small van. We’ve been in this spot for a few years, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time yet. We spend most of our hours looking at invoices and talking to suppliers on the phone. It gets loud in here when the ceiling fan starts rattling, which happens every time we turn it on high. We keep a lot of boxes in the front because the back storage area is already full of older records and stock. Most people who come in are regulars from around the neighborhood. They know where we keep the water cooler and usually help themselves. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. You just come in, say hello, and we see what we can do for you. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the news, while other days the phone won't stop ringing and we're skipping lunch. It is a basic agency job, and we just try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high on our desks.
