Vhysal Fabricators

Our workshop, Vhysal Fabricators, is on Abbisekapakkam Road at Rs No-147. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but we like the space we have. Fabrication work takes up a lot of room, so being on this road helps. We have piles of metal rods and sheets stacked up. The sound of welding is pretty much constant during the day. You have to wear the mask, or you’ll hurt your eyes. The air smells like burnt iron and ozone. It’s a tough job but we’re used to it. We don’t have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we do, you just walk onto the shop floor. Just watch your step because there are scraps everywhere. We have a small shed where we keep the more expensive tools locked up. The sun hits the roof and makes the place warm, but there’s usually a breeze coming through the open doors. We’ve done a lot of different projects at this Abbisekapakkam Road location. Some are big and take weeks, others are just small repairs. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually hear about us from someone else. We just focus on making things strong and making sure they don't fall apart. It’s simple, practical work that we take pride in. We just keep going until the job is right.
