Thillai Technologies Private Limited is located over at 33, Vka Nagar Extension in Ammapettai. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here, but we like the neighborhood. We started this thing because we wanted to work for ourselves and see if we could actually build something useful. The office isn't anything special to look at. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. There’s always someone coming in or out, usually talking about some technical problem we're trying to solve. We don't have those big meetings where everyone wears suits. Usually, we just sit around in our regular clothes and talk through what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes things get a bit messy, and there are papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. People ask us what we do, and we just tell them we handle tech problems. It’s not about being the biggest company in the area. We just want to do the work right so we don't have to do it twice. Most of us have lived around here for years, so we know the people and the pace of life. We take our breaks when we can and try not to take things too seriously. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to earn a living and help out.
