Srcproject Pvt Ltd is based at 260, State Bank Colony in Panruti, which is in the Cuddalore district of Tamil Nadu. Our office is situated in a quiet residential colony rather than the main commercial market, which makes for a peaceful working environment. We are a small private limited company that handles various project-related tasks. The office is basically a converted house, so it has a very homey feel to it. There are no cubicles or fancy glass partitions. We just have sturdy wooden tables and some chairs where we sit and go through our plans. It’s a very unpretentious setup. Most of the people working here are from Panruti or nearby villages in Cuddalore. We don't spend any time on promotional activities or trying to sound more important than we are. We just focus on the projects we have at hand. Sometimes we sit out on the porch during breaks to get some fresh air. The colony is full of families, so you can hear kids playing in the street while we work. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don’t have a polished corporate image. We just try to be reliable and get our assignments finished on time. It’s been our home for quite a while now, and we are just a regular part of the local community in this corner of Tamil Nadu.
