The Aditya Birla Group

We are based out of No. 14 in the Sipcot Industrial Complex. It’s a massive area with lots of different factories and units all around us. Being part of the Aditya Birla Group means there is always something going on. Our particular spot is just one piece of the puzzle. The roads inside Sipcot are usually full of lorries and workers on bicycles. It’s a very industrial vibe, not much greenery around here, just buildings and warehouses. We have a lot of people working in different shifts. It’s a busy environment where things rarely slow down. The office part of our unit is pretty standard—desks, some old chairs, and plenty of coffee. We don't go in for anything too polished or corporate-looking inside the actual workspace. It’s more about the practical side of things. Lunchtimes are usually spent at the local canteen or just at the desks. We've been at No. 14 for a good while, so everyone knows the address. The noise from the nearby units is just something you get used to after a week or two. It’s a long day sometimes, but the crew is good and we get through the tasks. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy front, we just keep the operations running. It’s just a regular day-to-day life in the middle of a big industrial estate.
