You can find us at the Sidco Industrial Estate in Machuvadi. This place is full of workshops and small factories, so there is always some kind of noise in the air. At Mvs Fabricators, we spend the whole day cutting, bending, and welding metal. It’s a dirty job and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. The workshop has high ceilings to let the heat out, but it still gets stuffy when several machines are running at once. We have scraps of iron and steel in the corners, and the smell of burnt metal is pretty much always there. We work on whatever comes our way, whether it's a small frame or something larger for a building. We don’t have a fancy showroom. If you come by, you’ll probably see us wearing our safety gear and working under the bright lights of the welding torches. We take our breaks sitting on whatever is available, usually chatting about the work or the weather. It’s an honest way to spend the day. The industrial estate is a bit gritty, but it’s where things get built. We just keep our heads down and finish the jobs as they come in. There is a certain satisfaction in seeing a pile of raw metal turn into something useful. We just open up the gate in the morning and keep the machines running until it's time to close up the shop.
