Dey Enterprise

Dey Enterprise has its spot right on Netaji Road. If you are near the Main Chowpaty in Cooch Behar, you have probably passed by us many times without thinking much of it. The road stays busy throughout the day with rickshaws and people heading to the market. It can get pretty loud with all the honking and people shouting, but we have gotten used to the noise over the years. Our place is simple and functional. We spend most of our time keeping track of the stock and making sure things are where they belong. The weather here can be unpredictable, so we are always keeping an eye on the sky. When it gets hot, we keep the fan running at full speed just to stay focused. We don't have any flashy displays or big lights to bring people in. People come to us because they know we are here on the main road and easy to reach. It is a family-run kind of thing, so there is usually someone you know behind the counter. We don't go in for fancy talk or complicated systems. We just write things down in the register and make sure the customers get what they came for. Some days are packed with people and other days we just sit and watch the traffic near the chowpaty. It is a good spot to be in the middle of everything.
