Computer World

Computer World is our little shop located on N.S. Road, right across from the Jaygaon Police Station. Being near Sriram Complex makes it easy for folks in Jaigaon to find us. We’ve been here in the Jalpaiguri district for some time now, dealing with all sorts of computer parts and fixing things up when they break. It’s a small space, mostly filled with boxes and tools, but it works for what we do. We didn't want to open a big corporate store, just a place where people could come in and talk about what they need without a lot of fuss. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with cables everywhere, but that’s just how it is when you’re working on machines all day. We see a lot of students and office workers coming in. N.S. Road is usually buzzing, so there is never a quiet moment. We try to keep regular hours, though sometimes we stay late to finish a repair. It's just us here, no big management or anything like that. We know most of the neighbors and the people at the police station across the way. If you walk past Sriram Complex, you’ll see our sign. We keep things simple and just focus on the hardware in front of us. It’s good work, and it keeps us busy. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or marketing because the work itself takes up most of our day. It can get dusty with all the fans running, but we don't mind too much. We're just here to fix computers and help people out with their tech.
