That means we spend all day helping people with their plans to go abroad. It involves a massive amount of paperwork and checking different rules. Our desks are usually covered in forms and folders. It is a private limited company, so everything has to be done properly according to the law. The building is usually quite busy with other businesses too. We get a lot of people walking in to ask questions about visas and universities. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just some plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait. Sathiyamoorthy Road is always loud with traffic, but we are used to it by now. We usually start our day by sorting through the mail and updating the files for each person we are helping. It is a lot of reading and sometimes the regulations change, so we have to stay alert. We don't make big promises or use marketing talk. We just tell people the facts and help them fill out their papers. We have a small kettle for tea and we usually take turns getting lunch from the shops nearby. It is a steady job and we like being able to help people move forward with their lives in other countries.
