Training

This place we call Training is located over at 18F Sriram Nagar 4th Street. It’s right off the East Chettipalayam Road in the Podanur area, specifically near the 23 section. We’ve got a small room here where we show people how things work and go over different lessons. It's nothing fancy, just some wooden benches and an old whiteboard that's seen better days. The street outside is usually quiet unless there is some construction going on nearby. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready for whoever is coming in to learn that day. Living and working in Coimbatore, you get used to the pace here. Podanur is a good spot for us because it's close to where we live. We've been at this 18F address for a bit now. Sometimes we have to move the chairs around to make more space if more people show up than we expected. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open to catch the breeze. We don't really do the big corporate style of teaching. It’s more about just sitting down and figuring out the problems together. If you’re looking for Sriram Nagar, it’s not too hard to find if you follow the Chettipalayam Road. We’ve got the local tea shop nearby which is where we usually end up during our breaks from the work. The students are mostly local folks from around the area. We just keep things simple and do our thing every day.
