Thara Traders

I run Thara Traders over at No 223 on New Scheme Road. It is a decent-sized shop, but it often gets crowded because I tend to stock a lot of inventory for my customers. I deal in all sorts of goods that people around here need for their homes or small businesses. I do not really have a big staff, just a couple of guys who help me with the heavy lifting and making the daily deliveries. The front of the shop is usually filled with boxes that just arrived from the suppliers. My desk is tucked away in the back, mostly hidden by stacks of ledgers and old receipts from years ago. It is a bit disorganized, but I know exactly where everything is located. New Scheme Road is a busy area, so there is always a lot of foot traffic and people popping in just to see what is new on the shelves. I do not go for any of those fancy sales tactics you see in the big malls. I just tell people what I have in stock and what the price is. Sometimes we run out of things and have to wait for the next shipment to arrive, but my customers are usually pretty patient. It is a simple life running a trade business in this neighborhood. I spend my days checking the stock and talking to the distributors on the phone. It is not always easy, especially when the bills come due, but it is a good living.
