T V Sekharan Memorial Matriculation Hr Sec School

You will find us on Perur Road, inside the Gokulam Colony in Kovaipudur, Coimbatore. It is a nice enough part of town with a lot of greenery around. The school has been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us well. We have a pretty standard setup with classrooms for the different grades and an office for the administrative stuff. The matriculation and higher secondary levels keep our staff very busy throughout the year. We have a lot of stairs in the building and the students are always running up and down them during the breaks. The morning assembly happens out in the open area where we can see the hills in the distance. Coimbatore weather is usually okay, but we still have the fans going in the summer months. We don't use a lot of corporate language or try to sound like a big business. We are just a local school named after T V Sekharan, trying to do a good job for the kids. The teachers have their own ways of doing things and we let them get on with it. We have a small gate that leads out to the colony road. It is a quiet place for the most part, except when the kids are let out for the day and go home.
