Avs School

Avs School is located at No 5/224 Avs Garden on Avinashi Road. This is in the Eetiveerampalayam area of Tirupur. The school is set back a bit from the main road, which is good because Avinashi Road is always full of cars and buses heading toward the city. We have a bit of a garden area, which is where the name comes from. It gives the kids a place to see some green and breathe some air that isn't just dust from the road. The building is solid and has plenty of rooms for the different grades. Every morning, the school buses pull into the driveway and unload kids of all sizes. It’s a bit of a chaotic scene for about twenty minutes, but then everyone settles into their classrooms. We have a simple office near the front where we take the phone calls and deal with the mail. The teachers spend their days moving between the rows of desks, checking on everyone's handwriting and math problems. We don't have a lot of fancy stuff like air conditioning or digital boards, just the traditional way of doing things. The windows are usually open to catch whatever breeze comes through the garden. When the final bell rings in the afternoon, the whole place comes alive again as everyone rushes to get home. It’s a regular school day for us here in Eetiveerampalayam, and we’ve been doing it this way for a while now. We just focus on the basics and keep moving.
