Subbiah Central School

Our school is situated on College Road in Tirupur, which is a fairly active part of the city. Being right there means we are close to everything, but it also means there is plenty of noise from the street. We have gotten used to it over the years. The building itself is straightforward, with plenty of rooms for the different grades. We do not spend much time on decorations; we prefer to keep the focus on what is happening inside the books. The students come from all over Tirupur, and you see them walking down College Road in their uniforms every morning. We have a small staff that works hard to keep things organized. Sometimes the schedule gets a bit messy, but we always figure it out. The playground isn't massive, but it serves its purpose for the physical education classes. We have a lot of old trees nearby that give some nice shade when the sun is out. It is a practical place. We do not have a lot of fancy equipment, just the stuff that is needed to teach properly. Every morning, the principal stands by the entrance to say hello to the parents and the kids. It is a routine that has not changed much since we opened. We just want to provide a place where kids can learn without too much fuss. It is just a part of the local landscape on College Road.
