Our place is at Door No 20 in Indira Nagar, right on the Kalapatti Road in the Sitra area. It’s quite close to the airport, so we get to hear the planes taking off every now and then. The Nehru Nagar West area has changed a lot since we first set up here. It used to be much quieter, but now there are more shops and buildings popping up everywhere. Our office is a straightforward setup. We didn't spend a lot of money on interior designers or fancy lighting. We just have what we need to get the work done. There is a small porch at the front where some of us stand to have a chat during breaks. The road gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but it’s not too bad. We are a pretty small group, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There is no need for big announcements or fancy corporate emails. If something needs to be said, we just say it across the room. We have a fridge that’s mostly full of water bottles and the occasional leftover lunch. It’s a very ordinary office in a busy part of Coimbatore. We don't have any grand claims to make about being leaders in anything. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work until it’s time to go home. We usually keep a box of snacks on the middle table for everyone to share.
