Sri Ramakrishna Creation

Sri Ramakrishna Creation is based at No. 214 Geetha Nagar 1st Street, which is part of the Sirupooluvapatti Post area. Our workshop is just a simple building on a regular street. It is easy to miss if you are not looking for the number on the gate. We have been in Sirupooluvapatti for years because it is such a hub for the local garment trade. Inside our space, things are pretty busy from Monday to Saturday. We have rows of sewing machines and large tables for cutting fabric. It is not the quietest place to work, but we like the energy of it. Most of the people who work here live just a short walk or bike ride away in Geetha Nagar. We do not have a big management team or fancy titles. We just show up and get the sewing done. Sometimes the 1st Street gets blocked up with trucks delivering rolls of cloth, and we all have to go out and help move things along. The air usually has a bit of lint in it from all the cotton we use, so we keep the windows open as much as we can. We do not bother with fancy brochures or expensive signs. Most of our work comes from long-time contacts in the industry. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where we just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized among the piles of cloth.
