Sri Dhaksha Ladies Beauty Parlour

This is Sri Dhaksha Ladies Beauty Parlour over in Bharathinagar. We are at No 1 on the 5th Main Road here in Ramanathapuram. It’s a quiet enough street, and you can find us pretty easily because we are right opposite the Muthiamman Kovil. People usually use the temple as a landmark when they are coming for the first time. We opened this place to give the local ladies a spot nearby for their threading and hair work. Coimbatore gets quite hot, so we try to keep the inside cool and comfortable for everyone who walks in. It’s just a small shop, nothing too big or loud. We handle things like eyebrows, facials, and basic hair cutting. Most of our customers live right around the corner or a few streets away. We know most of them by name now. It’s nice having a business where you can actually talk to people while you work. Sometimes the shop gets a bit busy before festivals or local weddings, so things can get a little hectic then. We don't have a huge staff, just a couple of us doing the work. We use simple products that we trust. The chairs aren't brand new but they are comfy enough. We keep everything tidy and try to make sure nobody has to wait too long. If the door is open, it means we are ready to go. The neighborhood has been good to us over the years we have been open.
