If you are driving down Trichy Road in Ramanathapuram, you’ll see us at No 1699. We are right opposite Cake Point, which is a pretty easy landmark to spot if you’re looking for a ride. Our days are mostly filled with managing the cabs and making sure the drivers know where they are going. Trichy Road is always busy, so there is never a quiet moment outside our door. The office is just a small hub where we keep track of the schedules. It can get a bit hectic when several calls come in at once, but we just take them one by one. We don’t use any complicated systems, just some notebooks and a basic computer setup to keep things organized. We aren't really into big marketing talk. We just provide cars for people who need to get somewhere, whether it’s a trip out of town or just a ride to the airport. The coffee shop across the street is a nice bonus when we need a break from the noise. Our staff is local, and we all know the shortcuts around Coimbatore pretty well. We’ve had some long days and some slow ones too. It’s just a normal business trying to do a decent job for the folks in Ramanathapuram. We don’t overthink it. We just focus on the cars and the customers who walk through the door and hope for a smooth day with no traffic jams.
