We are Sree Krishna Builders, and you can find us at No. 16/20 in the State Bank Colony, right off Dharapuram Road in Udumalpet. The business is run by Prabhu, who took over things from his father, Nagarajan. We’ve been part of this community in the Coimbatore district for a long time. It’s a family thing, really. We don't have a big fancy office in a mall; we work right out of the house in the colony. It’s more personal that way. People around here know us by name, and they know where to find us if they have a question about a building project. We handle the local construction needs, mostly around Udumalpet. It’s not like those big city firms that use a lot of jargon. We just talk plain English—or Tamil, mostly—and get the plans sorted. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints, site photos, and rolls of measuring tape. It can get a bit dusty when we’ve been out at the sites all day, but that’s the nature of the work. We aren't interested in being the biggest builders in Tamil Nadu. We just want to do a solid job on the houses and structures we take on here. It’s a lot of manual coordination and making sure the labor shows up on time. Living and working in the same area means our reputation is everything, so we try to be as straight as we can with everyone.
