We are located over in Coimbatore, in the 641029 zip code area. Spheris India isn't a big flashy company with a glass building. We operate out of a regular office space where the focus is mostly on the screens and the data we handle. It’s a typical professional environment, but we keep it pretty relaxed among the staff. Most of us have been here long enough that we don't need to be told what to do every morning. We just come in, get our coffee, and start on the day's tasks. Coimbatore can get quite warm, so we’re grateful for the fans and the shaded windows. Our work involves a lot of attention to detail, which can be tiring by the end of the week. We don't have a bunch of corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We just try to stay accurate and keep up with the workload. The neighborhood around us is fairly quiet, which helps when you need to concentrate. Sometimes we all head out together for lunch at a local spot nearby. It’s just a group of people working together to make sure the business stays on track. There’s no big secret to how we operate; we just show up, do the work honestly, and go home to our families. It’s a steady life and we like the rhythm of it here in Tamil Nadu. We don't overcomplicate things, we just do the job we are paid to do.
