Spearhead Sales India Llp operates out of Flat No. 9B in the Clearway Celestial building, located in Kumaranasan Nagar. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment space, but it makes the whole environment feel a lot more relaxed than a standard office block. We’ve set up our desks in the main rooms and use the kitchen area for our tea breaks. Being in Kumaranasan Nagar is convenient for most of us. We focus on sales, which means a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. You can often hear three or four of us talking at once, trying to explain things to people on the other end of the line. It’s a busy atmosphere but not in a stressful way. We keep things pretty simple here. There aren't any motivational posters on the walls or corporate handbooks. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. The view from the 9th floor is actually pretty good, you can see a fair bit of the neighborhood from the balcony. We’ve had a few plants in the office, but we keep forgetting to water them, so they aren't looking their best. It’s just a group of people working hard to make sales happen. We like the independence of this setup and the fact that we can just be ourselves while we work. Most days we are just trying to keep up with our call lists and managing the paperwork that comes along with it.
