You can find our office, Southstar Overseas Education Private Limited, at No. 104-A/3 in Cheran Towers on Paramathi Main Road. Thillaipuram is a busy area, and our building is right in the thick of it. We’ve been here for a while, helping local students figure out how to get to universities in other countries. It’s not a very exciting job most of the time. It involves sitting at a desk and going through long lists of requirements for visas and college applications. We don't have a big, fancy reception area with glossy photos of foreign cities. Instead, we have stacks of folders and a lot of filing cabinets. The people who work here are just regular folks who have learned the ins and outs of the immigration and education systems over the years. We don't make any big promises about getting everyone a visa because we know how the system works. We just tell the students and their parents what they need to do and help them fill out the forms correctly. Paramathi Main Road is always noisy with buses and bikes, so it can be a bit distracting, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't a big national chain; we’re just a local office in Thillaipuram. We don't use corporate talk or complicated jargon. We just talk to people like they’re our neighbors, which they usually are. Most of our time is spent on the phone or emailing universities to check on status updates.
