Smart Hair Stylish

Smart Hair Stylish is located at 18, Nethaji Main Road in the Sowripalayam area. We have been here for a good amount of time now. The shop is right on the main road, so it gets quite dusty from the traffic passing by. We spend a lot of time cleaning the mirrors because of that. It is a simple place with a few chairs and some old magazines on the table for people waiting. Most of our customers come from around Udayampalyam Main Road. They just walk in after work or on their way to the market. We know most of them by name. It is not a big fancy place with air conditioning that works all the time, but we have a good fan that keeps the air moving. Sometimes the neighbor from the tea stall brings us some snacks in the afternoon. We usually open up in the morning and stay until late evening, depending on how many people are waiting. The floor is tiled and we try to sweep up the hair as soon as a cut is done. We have a small radio that plays the local stations. Sometimes the reception is bad but we leave it on anyway. It feels more like a community spot than just a business. People talk about the weather or the local news while they wait for their turn. It is just a normal life here in Coimbatore. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just do the work.
