We started this trading business because we saw a need for someone local to handle the basic goods that people use every day. Our shop is just a simple building with a corrugated metal roof that gets quite loud when it rains. We don't have a big team of employees. It is usually just me and a couple of helpers who have been with us since the start. We handle a bit of everything, from bulk groceries to small household hardware. The shelves are a bit mismatched because we added them one by one as we grew. We don't spend any time on fancy decorations or branding. We just focus on keeping the stock levels up so we don't have to turn anyone away. Sometimes we sit outside on plastic chairs when things are slow and just watch the people go by in Samaiya Nagar. It is a simple life and we like it that way. We don't have any big plans to expand or become some giant company. We are happy just being the local traders that people can count on for their daily needs without any fuss or drama.
