Our office is located at 16 Rangaswamy Road on the first floor. If you're looking for us, we’re right behind the Kikkani School in R. S. Puram. It’s a pretty well-known area. Udhayam Medicare System India Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for quite a while now. Since we are on the first floor, you have to take the stairs up. The office isn't very big, and it’s mostly filled with boxes of medical supplies and different types of equipment we distribute. We have a few desks where we handle the billing and talk to our suppliers. It can get a bit loud during school hours when the kids are outside, but it usually settles down in the afternoon. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our work is done over the phone or by visiting hospitals and clinics to show them how the systems work. We keep a small kitchen area in the back for tea breaks. It’s just a small group of us working here, trying to keep up with the orders that come in. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure we haven't missed anything. It’s a lot of paper shifting and manual entry. We don't use any fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and a notebook are just faster. We just try to keep things moving along. It keeps us busy enough during the week.
