Reshmi Salon And Spa is tucked away at No 202 on Nanjundapuram Road. We are in the Ramanathapuram area of Coimbatore, not too far from Sripathi Nagar. This part of town is a bit more residential, so we get a lot of regulars who live in the nearby flats and houses. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The shop itself is simple. We have a front area for the regular hair and beauty stuff and a smaller space in the back for the spa treatments. It’s not a massive place with dozens of staff, it’s just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We handle everything from basic haircuts to more involved spa sessions when people have a free afternoon. The Nanjundapuram road can get pretty busy with commuters, but our shop stays relatively peaceful. We don't spend a lot of time on decorations or trying to look like a five-star hotel. We just focus on keeping the place tidy and making sure our tools are clean. Most of our business comes from word of mouth. Someone’s aunt or friend comes here and likes the way we do things, so they tell someone else. That’s how we’ve always operated. It feels more like a community spot than a corporate business, which is exactly how we like it.
