We are located at No. 12- A on Trichy Road, right in the Sowripalayam area. Being near Iyyappan Koil makes it easy for people to find us, even if they aren't from Ramanathapuram. The road stays pretty packed with traffic, especially during the festival times when the temple is busy. Our building is a simple one. We have a small front area and then the space opens up in the back for the inventory. We deal with imports and exports, which sounds like a lot, but on a daily basis, it just means a lot of checking lists and making sure the boxes are taped up well. Usually, you will see a couple of us standing near the entrance talking to the delivery guys who bring the stock. We don't use any high-tech systems, just the basic stuff to get the job done properly. The office gets a bit warm in the summer months because the sun beats down on the Trichy Road side. We have a few fans going, but it is still hard work. It is a family-run kind of feel here, even if we aren't all related by blood. We’ve known the tea stall guy around the corner for many years. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It is a practical way of working and we like being in this part of town with the neighbors.
