Ramakrishna Ruckmaniammal Matriculation School

We are situated at No 119, Ruckmani Garden Street in the Ondipudur area of Coimbatore. It’s a familiar spot for the people who live around here. The school has been part of the landscape for quite a while. We have a mix of old and new sections in the building. It’s a matriculation school, so we follow that system. The daily grind is pretty much the same every week. We open up early, the kids arrive, and then it’s a series of lessons until the afternoon. The staff room is a busy place where teachers talk about their classes over a cup of tea. We don’t have any luxury facilities. It’s just desks, chairs, and books. The walls have some old posters and student work pinned up. Outside, the street is mostly residential, so it’s not too loud. We try to keep the garden area tidy, though the plants sometimes struggle in the heat. It’s a place where work gets done without much fuss. We know the families in the area and they know us. There’s a sense of history in the hallways. We just carry on with the business of running a school, making sure the registers are signed and the exams are conducted. It’s a solid, reliable place for the local kids. We spend our afternoons finishing up the paperwork before heading home to our own families. It is just how things go.
