Madhan Agro Industries India Pvt. Ltd. is based out of the Sri Vari Gokul Towers. We are on the second floor, the west side of the building, right in the Race Course area. It’s a pretty busy part of town, which is nice because there are always places to grab a quick lunch nearby. Our office isn't huge, but it fits us just fine. Being in an office tower means we don't see the dirt and soil as much as some other agro businesses might, but we are still very much involved in the industry. We spend a lot of our day on the phones or looking at spreadsheets. The building is 108/4 and it’s usually easy to find parking if you come early enough. We’ve been in this spot at Race Course for a while now and we like the neighborhood. It’s a bit more professional than being out in the fields, I guess. Sometimes the elevator in the towers is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs to the second floor. It’s good for a bit of exercise anyway. We have a few desks and a small meeting area, nothing too fancy. We just focus on the agricultural industrial side of things from here. It gets a bit hectic towards the end of the month when all the reports are due. But that's just how the business goes for us. We like the view from the window when the weather is clear.
