Our office is out in Marappalam Madukkarai, at the 15 / 151 A-2 address. It’s a bit further out than the main city center of Coimbatore, so it’s usually a little quieter out here compared to Avinashi Road. We have been working from this spot for a good amount of time. The building is simple, nothing flashy on the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and the tools we use for our day-to-day tasks. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a plus. In the mornings, we usually start with a quick talk about what needs to be finished before the sun goes down. We deal with various technical things, checking parts and making sure everything is running like it should. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or use the backup. It’s just how it is here. The staff knows each other well. We aren't a massive corporate team, just a group of people doing a job. We don’t really do big meetings; we just talk across the room. If someone needs help with a file or a machine, we just get up and walk over. It’s a practical way to work. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten together at the back table. It’s a steady routine we’ve built over the years in Madukkarai. We like it here and it suits our way of working.
