Practising On My Own As A Ca

I work out of a room on the second floor of Dr. Karunanidhi’s house. It is located at 109 Sengupta Street in the Ramnagar area of Coimbatore. Since it is a house, it does not feel like a typical office at all. The stairs are a bit narrow and you have to be careful when you are carrying a lot of files up. It is mostly just me here, surrounded by books and stacks of papers that need my attention. Ramnagar is a busy part of town, but once you are inside the house, it is surprisingly quiet. I have a big desk and a chair that has seen better days, but it is comfortable enough for long hours of work. There is a window that looks out over the street so I can see people going about their business. I do not have a secretary or any staff, so I handle everything myself, from answering the phone to filing the returns. Sometimes the landlord's family is around, and I hear the sounds of a normal household in the background. It is a very personal way to run a professional practice. I prefer this setup because it is simple and I do not have to deal with the noise of a large office complex. Coimbatore can get quite warm, but the ceiling fan does a decent job of keeping the room cool while I am working on my own.
