We are located at No: 95 A on Race Course Road. It’s a nice part of town with plenty of trees and some older buildings that have a lot of character. Palaniswamy And Associates isn't a massive firm. It’s just a few of us working together in a set of rooms on the ground floor. The building has a small garden in the front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds always seem to win. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. Inside the office, the walls are covered with maps and some old photographs of the city from back in the day. We don't have any of those modern glass partitions. Everything is wooden and smells a bit like old paper and ink. My desk is usually covered in folders and notes I’ve scribbled to myself. People come to see us because they know we’ve been around the Race Course area for a long time. We don't do flashy presentations. We just sit down with a cup of coffee and look at the details. The traffic outside can get a bit loud during rush hour, but otherwise, it’s a peaceful place to work. We take our time with everything. We aren't in a rush to finish one job and jump to the next. We like to make sure we understand what’s going on before we give any advice. It’s just how we do things here. We enjoy the work and the people we meet.
